What we collect
Only what you type, plus three things for spam control.
When you send the contact form we receive what you entered: name, company, email, phone, sector, revenue range, where you are in your thinking, and any notes you add.
We also record the page you sent it from, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. Those three exist to separate real submissions from automated spam, nothing more.
Visiting the site without sending the form collects nothing.
How we use it
To respond, and to do the work if you hire us.
- Reply to your inquiry and schedule a confidential conversation.
- Prepare for that conversation.
- Run the engagement if you decide to work with us.
- Keep automated spam out of our inbox.
We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or put you on a mailing list. If you hear from us, it is because you asked.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Our systems, our partners, nobody else.
Submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure, in United States data centers, and delivered to the firm's partners. They are the only people who read them.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond and, if you engage us, to complete the work. Then we delete it.
Booking a call
The calendar link is Google's, not ours.
The booking button on the contact page opens a Google Calendar appointment page in a new tab. What you enter there is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy. We see the appointment details so we can be on the call.
Cookies and analytics
None today.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.
Your choices
Ask, and we will act on it.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, unless we need it to finish an engagement you signed.
- Corrections. If something we hold is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- No marketing lists. There is no list to unsubscribe from. We contact you only about your inquiry or your engagement.
